The Importance of Teaching Recent History to Young People

Nicholas was inspired by BOOM X and its big picture view on history. It made him consider how history is taught in schools, and how certain important stories are often ignored for political reasons. He also feels there should be more emphasis on recent history and lessons from current events, and how they will impact future generations. History is certainly important in the education of our young people, and we're glad the approach taken in our show inspired a young man like Nicholas. Thanks for sharing!
