Watching Janis at the Festival Express

In 1970, Carol moved up from the United States, and saw Janis Joplin perform in the Festival Express concert tour across Canada, which also featured the Grateful Dead and The Band. She remembers the CN train traveling across the country (to Toronto, Winnipeg and Calgary), and the giant field where she stood to watch Janis do her thing. Thanks for sharing. Carol.
