Draft Dodgers in Progressive Movements in BC

As a child in Vancouver, Claire remembers all the draft dodgers from the USA staying with her family. They would get work, sometimes with her father, and then move on. She thinks that at least ten of them stayed with them in total. As an adult, looking at all of today's social justice movements, not-for-profits, and progressive groups in BC, you will find many of them have draft dodgers associated with them.
