Fixing a Stove for a Roomful of Hippies

Barry was a custom serviceman for a gas company in Vancouver in the late 60s. He had service calls in the West End, around 4th avenue. It wasn't unusual to have a roomful of hippies living in the same apartment, sometimes 25 of them sleeping on the floor. "They would be half-dressed, not dressed, whatever… and you just try and fix their stove and get the hell out!" Thanks for sharing, Barry.
