Brenda was 8 years old when her mother took her to the famous 1964 Beatles concert at Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto. She was terrified of all the screaming girls, and they both sat through the entire concert with their fingers in the ears. It helped drown out the screams, and unlike some people, they could actually hear the music - a little... It was an awesome experience, one that was brought to life again through BOOM.
